The vast majority of dogs at my shelter come from the South. It’s really sad, and unfortunately makes me think less of the entire South. Which I know is not fair.
Henny, do they have rescue groups that take dogs from the south? Always trying to network them….
I’ve tried to connect our group with some folks I’ve met on here and they’ve not been super receptive.
However, I know HAWS in Waukesha takes them as well as MADACC in Milwaukee
